Our Story
Ernestine Coleman was born on October 2, 1949 in Belle Glade, Florida. Her baking quickly became more than just food. It was the way she cared for people. Her cakes and pies found their place at family tables, church gatherings, and Sunday afternoons where everyone stayed a little longer because of the sweetness she created.
For her, baking was never about showing off. It was about bringing people together. It was about making sure no one left hungry and everyone felt seen. That is why her desserts became a staple, because they carried love in every bite.
